Polycom Telepresence m100 is the perfect solution for the SMB. The software client is a very cost effective way for the small and medium businesses to enable their entire staff with video communications on their existing computers and using an inexpensive web cam. The software only client is specifically built for the Windows operating systems and can be installed by any knowledge worker with little or no specialised IT assistance. The simple install wizard walks the user through setup and configuration giving the option to register to organisational call processing engines or simply use internet dialing through an IP address.

The full-featured client uses industry standards to give the user a dynamic and exciting visual experience with high quality audio, video and content at up to HD resolution. Our new Constant Clarity™ algorithms have added audio LPR to the existing video assurance for the very best quality even over the public internet. Audio quality is maintained even at up to 60% packet loss
